CHERRY'S PROCEDURE
Step 1 (interior
wall).
You can see
from port to starboard through all the windows, you wouldn't
have been able to on the real Titanic. To make this more
accurate you will need to glue 5 tabs or plastic sheeting
down the center of the room. You're not trying for any
detail, just stopping any viewer from being able to see
through the structure. Refer to the end papers in Eaton
and Haas' book.
Step 2 (adding
the screens).
Before sealing
up this deck house, glue a fine mesh, such as those used
for bird seed at weddings, to the inside of the wall to
simulate screens. |
